Safety & Content Disclaimer
This game simulates dangerous activities and difficult situations. It does not teach you how to perform them.
Martial-arts training
Strikes, throws, takedowns, chokes, joint locks, falls, weapons, sparring, conditioning, and competition can cause permanent injury or death. Real practice requires informed consent, qualified supervision, gradual progression, a suitable facility, properly fitted safety equipment, and partners who respect a stop signal. Never imitate a move simply because the simulation rewards it.
Weapons
Weapons in the game are historical and sporting simulation systems, not handling instructions. Do not carry, construct, modify, or train with a weapon based on game content. Laws, safe-storage requirements, transport rules, and training practices vary. Use reputable instruction and follow every applicable rule.
Injury, concussion, and emergencies
Injury severity, fatigue, treatment, rehabilitation, and return-to-training are simplified for play. They cannot diagnose a real injury. Stop training and seek qualified care for concerning symptoms. A suspected concussion, breathing problem, loss of consciousness, severe bleeding, neck or spine injury, or other emergency needs immediate professional attention—not a game mechanic.
Fitness, food, and weight
Energy, nutrition, sleep, aging, body composition, conditioning, and weight divisions are abstractions. The game does not prescribe a diet, supplement, exercise plan, rapid weight cut, or return-to-play schedule. Extreme dehydration and aggressive weight cutting can be dangerous. Consult an appropriate health professional for personal guidance.
Mental health and difficult themes
The simulation can include stress, burnout, rivalry, financial pressure, injury, career setbacks, grief, unethical instructors, and exploitation. These systems are narrative and strategic abstractions, not mental-health assessment or treatment. Step away if the material is distressing, and contact a qualified professional or local emergency service when real support is needed.
Self-defense and law
Nothing in the game is legal advice or a recommendation to fight. Self-defense, consent, weapon, reasonable-force, and duty-to-retreat rules depend on the jurisdiction and facts. Awareness, avoidance, de-escalation, escape, and contacting emergency services are generally safer than trying a game-inspired tactic.
History and cultural context
The project separates documented history, broadly accepted interpretation, disputed claims, oral tradition, folklore, and fiction wherever practical. Short game entries cannot replace serious scholarship or knowledge held by the communities represented. Traditions also change across place, lineage, and time. Good-faith corrections are welcome.
Legends and fictional material
Legends mode, supernatural events, invented organizations, and heightened storylines are explicitly fictional. Their presence is not a historical, religious, medical, or scientific claim. Underground venues, corruption, coercive coaching, and other unethical choices may appear as conflicts; depiction is not endorsement.
Reporting a concern
If you find unsafe wording, an unclear reality-versus-fiction label, or a cultural or historical issue, send the exact page, entry, or situation through Logan Pendragon Forge. Specific context helps us correct it responsibly.
